MANAGING PARTNER, CPA
Ozgur is the founder of Orsa CPA. He started his career at Outsourcing department of KPMG Turkey office and worked as senior accountant for 4 years. And then he worked as Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager at Next PLC for 4 years. Lastly, he has worked as Senior Finance and Accounting Manager at Oger Telecom for 11 years. He holds BA degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration (in English). He is CPA since 2006. He speaks English fluently. He is also a sworn translator.
Banu Akca Tunc
MANAGING PARTNER, CPA
Banu is the founder of Orsa CPA. She started her career at a Local CPA office where she worked 1 year. And then, she worked as Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager at Oger Telecom for 11 years. She holds MBA degree (in Accounting and International Reporting) from Bahcesehir University, BA degree from Dumlupinar University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. She is CPA since 2011. She speaks English fluently.
Sadi Tekince
MANAGING PARTNER, CPA
Sadi worked at Standard Unlu Menkul Degerler A.S., South African Standard Bank's Turkish arm, for six years where he implemented SAP to Turkey office. Prior to investment banking days, Sadi worked at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and Erdikler YMM (now KPMG) as a tax auditor. He holds MBA degree from Istanbul Technical University and BA degree from Kocaeli University, Economics . He is CPA since 2009. Sadi is also a sworn translator.
